slight discomfort while urinating

sex life with my wife is not too frequent, and then one night after heavy drinking we had rough/angry, unprotected, sex which led to anal sex, which is very rare.  the next day I felt a mild discomfort while urinating.  It has gradually dissapated to a very slight discomfort. but I'm still wondering why it occured, was it a result of the rough sex or the anal sex?  should i see my doctor? should i be worried?

E coli is a possibility but your symptoms have come on too early to indicate anything bacterial/STD related

It is not a STD, see a Dr if concerned.
