sore penis

I am recently had an exam and the results came back negative.  I had sex with my partner and the veins on the top and side of my penis is sore and swollen. should i be concerned?

it was a regular check up that i do every six months.  I get HIV test and checked for std's which came back negative.

just exactly what test did you test for?

a swolen vein after sex makes sense since sex sometimes is vigorous;
please describe your exposure (i.e. protected/unprotected) ?
