std or pearly papules?

hi

i have always had pearly papules around the rim of my penis...i noticed a more defined  white bump more like a pimple or whitehead than the other papules it seems where the rim of the penis is seperated on the underside of the penis  but in line with  the line of the rim(i am circumsized)....it is not really noticable unless the skin is stretched and than it is about the size of the tip of a ball point pen.   maybe it was always there?.....could one of the pearly papules  just become aggravated?  or can the papules come in different formations becuase the skin is a little different there? please help?  also i was tested for all std's 3 months ago and all where negative..since than my condom broke during one sexual encounter with the same girl i had been with when i got tested and this happned about two months ago?

thanks  for  you  help

You read correctly.  But it doesn't matter in your case.  Even if the things you described came and went in 7-10 days, from your description they could not have been herpes.

"Could" any of those things happened?  Sure.  Did they or what is it?  I can't say.  But I have never heard of any STD that was so subtled you had to stretch the skin to see it.  (Why are you doing that??  Sounds like you need to leave your penis alone and let it live its happy life without compulsively inspecting it.)

So most likely it is nothing to worry about.  Beyond that I can only suggest you return to the provider who diagnosed the PPPs and/or who tested you for STDs 3 months ago.
