I cannot tell what you are describing. Most likely, you are simply seeing normal anatomy, such things as mucus-secreting glands. Same for the vaginal bumps, as best I can tell. Certainly there is nothing from your desription that is particularly suspicious for an STD, althoug bumps in the genital area always raises the possibility of genital warts.
I suggest you stop trying to figure it out by searching online or getting the opinion of distant experts online, like this forum. See a health care provider. I'm betting s/he will affirm that there is nothing abnormal. I doubt any of this is related to stress, except for the possibility that stress might lead you to notice normal things you didn't notice before.
"Chills" are not true chills if there is no fever; and feeling feverish doesn't count. You don't have documented fever unless and until you take your temperature and find it to be high. In order to be high enough to be responsible for chills, it has to be 101 or higher. And people with fever that high feel terrible in general.
Bottom line: I doubt you have any STD, or anything else serious. But see a health care provider for reassurance.

Also, I had some issues with the payment to post this thread. It may have charged me multiple times.
Oh, and I've just started having a slight sore throat. And I've been having chills and, I think, a bit of a fever--or, at least, that's what it felt like--I didn't check my temperature. Though, I think that really could be from stress and the fact that it's getting pretty cold out.
Additionally, the bumps in my mouth are white around the edges and red in the center. Some of them aren't circular--they're actually fairly irregularly shaped.
The bumps in my vagina are different--they're flesh colored.
