stds/ herpes from oral sex, please help

i made a very bad decision by recieveing oral sex from a woman escort. it lasted about 15 minutes,was very rough with hard sucking and i did ejaculate in her mouth. i then used a medical grade disinfectant wipe to clean myself off. then after a few minutes more unprotected oral. i cleaned myself again with wipe. she left and i took a shower and washed with soap and water. i did not see any visible cold sores or lesions around her mouth. she did have some sort of large pimple sore on her breast/chest area wich i do not believe contacted my penis. i asked her if she had any std history and she repiled that some years ago she had chlamydia and was treated for it. obviously im very distraught. i took 2g amoxicillin immediatly after i showered. what are the chances i have contracted any form of std especially herpes. i have read everything from high risk to very low risk.is low risk less than 5%? i do not want my wife to contract this so the next afternoon i took 2g azithromycin and also started doxycycline 100 bid for 14 days. i will not see my wife again until this sunday( today is wesnesday). assuming i do have chlamydia,syphilis, ngu/and or gonoreah will the antibiotic regiment irradicate potential disease and how long before contact with my wife safely. i am most concerned about herpes.i have heard of many stories of men stating they contracted herpes from unprotected oral but what are the real facts and science. thank you very much

i also noticed you did not mention syphilis, i assume the meds have me covered.

You risk of acquiring STD from this exposure is very low and the chance that your have a bacterial STD process such as gonorrhea, chlamydial infection or NGU is nil because of the antibiotics you took.  Having said that, the question becomes, could you have gotten HSV from this encounter.  Again the odds are in your favor.  Why? Several reasons including:
1.  That she did not have a visible cold sore or lesion that was noted.
2.  As an adult male, the odds of you having acquired HSV-1 at some time in the past is greater than 60%, thus, if for some reason you were exposed, you would have a degree of immunity to the infection.

In my estimation, the chance that you acquired any STD that can be transmitted to your wife is very low.  The longer you go without noting lesions which would suggest that you acquired herpes through this encounter, the less likely it is to have occurred.  Can I guarantee that you did not get herpes - no!  Is it likely? - no.  Do you need to abstain from sex with your wife?  I would say no.  Hope this helps.  EWH
