symptoms for hiv or hbv or something else?

I had at 20-6  risk from csw
at day 30  p24 test              negative
at day 40   antibody test      negative

And at day 79: I had (fever102 - sore throat-sweetness during sleeping) and  no (diarrhea or tiredness  or loss of memory or loss of appetite)
at day 80: the sore throat has gone - my temperature 100.5 - sweeting
       at day 81 : I felt better - sweeting
at day 82 : normal body temperature -sweeting

1-is that symptoms for hiv or hbv ?
2- when to get conclusive test result for hiv and for hbv?

When only antibody testing is done, 3 months is conclusive (actually, with the modern tests usually 6-8 weeks is enough). However, you had both an antigen test at 30 days and an antibody test at 40 days. That combination is 100% conclusive.

Test results always overrule symptoms. Your test results prove you do not have HIV and that it is not a possible cause of your symptoms.

You don't give your HBV test results, but your symptoms are not suggestive of hepatitis. You can post those results and ask about it on the hepatitis forum, but not here.
