urological problems and possible STD

Hello, i have been having urological problems for 3 weeks now, i've been to an urologist and he said it was prostatouretritis but was unsure which bacteria is causing it since i am taking antibiotics for my throat streptococcus infection. What concerns me should i have sex with my girlfriend until i find out? The thing is i dont want to pass anything to her, but i doubt i have a STD since i never had anything but oral sex and the last time i had it was 2 years ago. Can i pass her any infection (sexual or non-sexual) if we have vaginal sex with a condom or she performs felattio on me and i perform cunnilingus on her?

Also is it possible i got something  from her? We only kissed but i once masturbated after i got home after meeting her and i used my saliva as lubrication? Could an STD like microplasmosis or clamydhia or any other infection be spread like that?

If it's some non-std bacteria can i infect her while she gives me fellattio(without a condom)?

Something from 2 yrs ago is unlikely to be a STD. I would wait to find out what exactly you have...or use a condom.

No you did not get anything from her.
