white bumps on lips white bump on throat

So about a month ago I had a sexual encounter with a pretty questionable girl.. I wore a condom but there was mutual oral sex. Now for the past couple of weeks i have chapped lips and ive noticed clusters of tiny white spots along my upper lip.. the dots are only about the size of the point of a pensil. recently ive also noticed a white sore at the back of my throat.. Ive taken urine and blood test and am currently waiting on results and am very anxious to get them back. any insight that anyone could share on the situation would be greatly appreciated.

Bumps can be many things often not a STD. See a Dr for an exam, i think the tests were probably a waste of time.
