I found blood clot on tip of my penis,and also the foreskin is dry and rashes on it.
Hi Zac, Try some Aloe Vera gel on your penis head this may help clear it up.

it started after the problem of dry foreskin. the blood clot is not permanent, it will appear n disappear in a short while
