hi doctor;
          i am 30 years old boy i am going to marrie with in one year.i worried lot about my pines bcoz in my pines my foreskin was so tight . when ever its enlarge its struck in the head of the pines its not coming down ..what can i do plz help me.and i am afraid a lot i thinking i cant satisfies my wife plz help me  i am waiting .i dnt want opeation.with out  operation how ...........

It is hard to understand your post, but it sounds like you might want to talk to a urologist about a frenuloplasty procedure.  Hopefully that's all you need to get things working better, rather than a circumcision.

Hi Anand,So as a child you did not play with yourself then, so what you need to do now is to start streaching you foreskin, and with both hands slowlt streach it length ways and side waysdo this as offten as you can, start using some baby oil on it, this will feed the skin to help keep it supple why your doing your daily streching, when this starts going over your penis head and all the way back, if you have never cleaned behind your foreskin now is the time to start, remember a clean penis is a heathy penis, and cleaning behind your foreskin is a very important thing to do, you can get a bad infection if you dont.
