Can a man be steril if he masturbates a lot?

Hello, I have one thing not clear, and I'm very afraid of this. I masturbated a lot, when I say a lot, it means 13-14 times, but I did this after stopping ejaculation for 2 hours continually ( I masturbates and when comes the end, I stopped masturbating and ejaculation - i did many times till i felt pain in my testicular). This was done not every day, but i can say after 2 weeks. I stopped doing this because I was and I'm afraid of being sterile, because my sperm sometimes is not thick. I need help. I will not do this more, but I need to have my mind clear for the future :)

O boy Dizzy what have you been doing, just try to think of this, as men we get one life and only one p***s which should last a life time.
Look masterbating is OK to a point but over masterbating, can as your finding can give you pain and in future life lots of problems, so for me I think the best thing you can do is give it a break for some weeks, about 8 its a standerd thing, this give your body time to reboot, the just keep masterbating to a couple of times a week.
AND NO MASTERBATING WILL NOT MAKE YOU STERIL.

You cannot be sterile by masturbating, but you need to release your sperm instead of always keeping it inside
