penis pain

hello
i have had pain in my penis for about 3 months
it started with redness at the tip of my penis and redness around my foreskin when errect
i have masterbated 3to 4 times a day for years and years
i am a gay man and do not practice any kind of sex only mutual masterbation no oral or anal give or take
then when ever i have an erection or masterbation and after ejeculation i am in real discomfort
the inside of the head of my penis feels like it has got broken glass inside it and the shaft hurts
i have had all the tests for std and sti at the gum clinic
all came back negative
i have seen a urologist and a dermatologist they dont know what it is
the gum clinic thought it may be non specific urithitis and gave me some antibiotics which did no good
i did not masterbate for a week but it made no difference
ive had different creams and pain killers but no good
im lucky now if i masterbate 3 to 4 times a week
this is driving me crazy
does any one have any ideas please

erm, maybe you have an allergy to cetain things like your detergent, deoderant, perfume, shower gel etc. I have an allergy to latex so if using condoms it might be that. Or one of my exs used to have the same burning and he found (he wasnt circumcized) that when he pulled back the foreskin that he didnt hurt so much. maybe use a thrush cream or a preventive like biofem around the top to ease the burning, my current partner uses it regularly if weve had a bit of a session. but defo go back to you dr or gp and in the mean time take cranberry tablets as they'll help with urine problems if that.

hope something in that is useful
