Can a Narrow Urethra cause and/or increase the chance of premature ejaculation for a man??
yes it can. because the narrower or the tighter the woman, the more the friction between her and the penis, which increases the chance of how quickly a man might ejaculate. If the woman is not tight, then it decreases pleasure, and affects the time it takes for ejaculation to occur. tight is good. not tight is not very good because friction decreases and the pleasure goes away which takes away the fun.
