it's called squirting. that sometimes happens during sex too if the g-spot gets stimulated to the point like you said "feel like you want to pee and clear fluids start to flow out"

if you don't know what I mean, watch some free internet porn and type "squirting" in the search field so it pulls up a video for you to watch.

Hey I would like to point out that the squirting in porn is completely fake from real natural women who actually squirt. Women who really squirt are the best.

dear.. the g-spot is the place in the vagina the stimulation of which gives u pleasure and ultimately leads to orgasm orgasm..the g-spot is just under the urethra and when rubbing of the g-spot takes place the urethra also feels it.. it is  finally in the orgasmic state that you pee.. it is actually urine and it's normal.. some people consider that a women has not experienced orgasm until she pee's.. however this is also not totally true.. it's different with different people some might pee in the orgasmic state some might not.. it differs from women to women.. hope this helps.. and a small suggestion if u don't mind masturbation is fine upto a certain don't overdo it dear it might have an adverse effect.. take care..
