Itchy penis head, one side only near urethra. Also small bumps on inner thighs.

OK I know are a couple questions like this already posted here but nothing seems to be exactly like mine..

My penis is really itchy only on the left side of my glans (penis head) mostly centered near the urethra, and on the lower side of the head.  It has been itching off and on most of my life, but it's been worse lately.  I relieve the itch by pinching the left side of my glans between my thumb and index finger, but because of that, one side of it is really red, I'm guessing from the physical irritation.

What is worrying me is I had sex with a ..very promiscuous girl about 3 weeks ago and the itching seemed to get worse the day after.  We had protected sex but unprotected oral.

I went to a doctor about it about a week after the sexual encounter and he said it looked like irritation, but couldn't explain the itching right near the urethra.  Also since then I have had some other symptoms that I don't know if they are related or not.  They are:

Frequent and urgent need to urinate...like every half hour or more often.
Fatigue
Acne breakout on my face
Some small red bumps on my inner thighs that get whiteheads.
Bloating...pretty severe for like 3 weeks. I always feel like I'm full of water.

I'm normally very healthy so all of this stuff is getting me pretty freaked out.  Anyone have any ideas? It doesn't sound like any STD's I've researched.

Maybe you should just go ahead and have some blood work done.

Also I realized I posted this in the wrong section, so I re-posted in the STD forum.  How do I delete this one?
