My ex and I still have sex, it feels good and the mood is always right, but when it start to feel really good. I start to feel like I'm about to pee on myself. It's very typical to get that feeling. Just get yourself to pee before having sex and that should lessen the feeling of needing to pee during that time. When the G spot is hit, it's very close to the bladder, which is why you feel that way.

A lot of women have that feeling some time before orgasm.  Just make sure that you use the restroom before you have sex and should be fine.

It could be that the G spot is being "hit" during penetration. It could also be that there's some pressure (i.e. body weight) being placed against your bladder during intercourse.
I find that it helps to void the bladder prior to intercourse to lessen that urge to urinate.
