Need Help/suggestions

I am fighting an illness (chronic Lyme- belong to that group) the symptoms are mostly very difficult, on lots of medication. My question is why am I then still feeling very excited, sometimes in strange situations, like while I am driving I feel like I might have an orgasm right  there. Even at my weakest, I am still excited. I try to reach orgasm but I cant either with my fiancee or by myself.  I feel pleasure but just can't t seem to not get there to the orgasm.

Thanks for you reply. Dryness is not a problem and either is the constipation. I have taken miralax, it is great.
You are probably right about the medications. I guess I should be lucky I have the feelings at all since many with Lyme don't.  I keep trying, LOL

All I can think of is using more lube in case the problem is partly dryness.   And up your internal fantasy.  I suspect the medications are making it harder than the weakness, because when I've been very ill, I've still had drive ... unless I was constipated.  If your meds are constipating you, you will have to overcome that to get things to work.  Try Miralax.
