Orgasms lost their luster

I'm 14 and I masturbate ok what normal 14 year old boy doesn't I've been masturbating since I was about 12 usually every one or two days i figured out how to have an orgasm at about 13 through 13 and halfway through 14 orgasms have been pleasurable on a scale of 1 to 10 at about a 5 which is pretty pleasurable don't get me wrong but for about about 2 months my orgasms spiked I started making semen not just a clear gooey fluid it was at an 8 of 10 really pleasurable I went up to our cabin far a weekend for about 3 days when I got back I new I had to masturbate when I was about to have an orgasm it started like it usually did for the past 2 months and it just died out and I came but no pleasure and it's been a week and it's still following the same patern I hope this isn't permanent by the way I usually use hand soap for lubrication and it had been ocassionally been drying out my penis skin but it goes away if I take a shower or after a few days I don't think that would have much to do with it though can u tell me what may be going on if this is normal or serious wich I hope it's not this is not exactly a subject I want to go over with my parents u know.

Yes, it is normal for a 14 year old boy. It could be your medication. Can you say what your taking? I know it's for ADD but, what is the name of it? The soap your using might have something to do with this too. Are you having any other symptoms like burning when urinating or any itching?

I'm taking adderal with a 15 miligram pill not sure how to spell it if it has 1 d or 2 this is the first time this has happened to me before but our vacation was the first time I was off it for a 3 day period in the past 2 months but I don't take it saturday and Sunday so Im not sure withdrawl (withdrawal) is the case and yes if I get 2 carried away in a week I may get irritation and if I apply soap 2 it and it's irritated It will burn but not when I'm urinating but the skin will dry and flake off and be back to normal in a few days.

You spelled it correctly. You might want to quit using soap. I don't think this has anything to do with your problem, other than the dryness.A lotion would be better, fragrance free.  What you're going through is probably natural. Your body is still growing and your hormones are all over the place. Also, if you're stressed about anything, like school or friends, this could be the problem.
