I held in my ejaculation a few weeks ago by pressing down on the (perinium? the base of the penis over the urethra). It bled when i released but no semen was present. When i masturbated next the was blood in the semen but only that once and not since.
If you have past experience or advice i would apreciate it.
There is a point in perineum. when it is pressed, ejaculation is stopped. This method is popular in taoiust yoga. If correct point is pressed, orgasm may last upto 5 minutes. However, it takes lot of effort to locate this point. Visit Taoist yoga site, google the word man's hot spot, and continue to explore this point till you find it .To enhance the sexual stamina you may also do male deer exercise. It will strengthen the sexual system. Kegel exercise is included in Deer exercist.
