Reduce Libido

I'm a sixteen year old male. I have never had a girlfriend kisses or slept with a girl.

Although I have not done any of these things, I still do have a very significant sex drive which I masturbate one two or three times a day to deal with. I don't know what to do about this. I hate it very much, it's starting to affect how I think and I really wish for a natural solution to lower or stop my sex drive.

A natural method would be preferably best. I am not really able to discuss this with anyone in real life. I couldn't see a doctor alone.

It's a lot about mind over matter. Learn to keep yourself busy, so your mind won't wander to sexual urges. Limit yourself to masturbating only a certain number of times and you can slowly decrease this over time. You have absolute control over what you do, you just have to be committed and not just do what feels good at the exact moment. good luck
