Sore Vagina

Recently, I've been having pains inside my vagina ; my mother and I are not really close, and I currently live with her. Does anyone know what I could possibly have?

if it's not an excruciating pain it could be normal (i have not really a pain but an intense pressure when it's that time of the month). if you are worried i would suggest telling your mom and asking her to make an appointment for you to be sure everything is ok. if it continues after your period definitely go to the doctors.

also, you might also experience internal anul swelling that will go away within a day or  two and to relieve pain and discomfort from menstrual periods, you can have your mom buy over the counter Midol, which will alive all the discomfort or just aspirin for pain. Make sure that you do no have allergies, before taking any medication over the counter...always good to check with your doctor.

It might be the week before symptoms that we women get before getting our period (menstruation), headachest, depression, crying, mood swings, cramps, bloating, sensitivity in the vagina, also clear discharge is symptoms that you period is coming. You will menstrating every month, so keep the date that you did get your period and note it on the calendar, because you will be having your next period will be close if not within the same date. If your discharge is dark in color, you might have an infection and will need to tell your mother to accompany you to the doctor.

If you don't mind me asking, how old are you? Have you had a menstration? Are you having any discharge? Although you and your mother are not close, if you do not feeling well, it's very important that you communicate (discuss) this health problem with your mother or someone you can trust. It might be necessary for you to go to a gynecologist to help you, diagnose and prescribe the proper medication or treatment. It could be anything from menstration, yeast infection, bacterial infection, etc, but only a doctor or gynecologist are the proper physicians to diagnose and treat you. Very important to get this taken care of as soon as possible. Good luck.
