Unequal size testicles

I am a guy of 23 and I noticed that my left testicle is slightly bigger than the right one.......and hangs very slightly lower than the right one..i am pretty worried...is it normal or must i seek medical help????

Yes, it's quite normal for men to be a little asymmetrical.
For women, it's the breasts that often hang a bit lopsided.

This is perfectly normal. One testicle is always slightly bigger than the other (just like any other body parts are not perfectly symmetrical). And one testicle always hangs lower than the other. No need to worry.
