sores on pubic area

I had a little pimple/sore/blister on my pubic area a week ago. I scratched it by mistake and a layer of skin came off. After a couple of days it grew bigger and I have noticed more of these sores. I have also found a red little dot on my foreskin. They hurt a little and I am afraid it could be an infection of some kind. I haven't had sex in a while so I dont think it's an STD. Please answer, I'm starting to get worried.

It would probably be a good idea to see your Dr. How long has it actually been since you had sex? Did you use a condom?
