any insite?

I'm used to discharge, no matter what medicine I can't get rid of it. I started a new birth control pill in December because I was having complications with Depo (bled the whole duration of being on it, though light to moderate) therefore I made the switch to camrese. I started having intercourse again, which i had sex in September while my bleeding was little to none. Got checked for STDs and there were none everything was fine no BV but a light yeast infection. I can't remember if anything about gonorrhea or chlymidia now that I think about it. Once I began having intercourse I noticed I would bleed. Didn't pay it any mind. But now as several months pass it has become a problem. I've googled things and stuff never come to exactly my problem. I feel very tiny bumps on each side of my Labia near my opening. Sometimes it can get puffy near the opening because I would scratch due to itching, runny white discharge. And my vaginal opening is very tight with lumps and its painful due to penetration. I'm so scared I'm only 17 and don't know how to tell my mom that there is a problem. Vagisil will help itch but not make it go away. Very scared it could be HPV but I know my body can fight that off in 2 years. anymore insight? there are no openings at my doctors office right now but I don't think they are very skilled on this problem..

This is likely a fungal vaginitis and the BC pill is not helping you either.

you should contact urologist or gynecologist as the problem can get exagerated  with time. You can tell your mom about this problem. you cannot self treat  this problem.
