Hi Ovais, The kind of things your saying sounds very much like over masturbating, bad skin, loss of energy, are two symptons of over masturbating, try this its omething people do for porn enduced ED, you need to take an 8 week sabbatical from all forms of sex, no masturbating, no sex or sexual contact and no porn, this will allow your body to reboot and along with this start eat healthy, keep off any fatty foods, any junk foods or fast foods, these are just full of salt and sugars.
But the best thing would be to find a woman and get a proper sex life going, this should get rid of your spots.
Good Luck

You are not getting the pimples from masturbation. It's probably from stress because you feel guilty. You should not feel guilty. As long as masturbation is'nt causing you any problems, like thinking about every second or doing it many times a day, there is nothing wrong with it. You are a young unmarried man and there is nothing wrong with what you're doing.
