The head of my penis has tingling, burning, and painful sensations, when I masturbate, or having sex. I use condoms when having sex. I need the tingling, burning, and painful sensations gone, so I can experience full pleasure with a healthy penis. My penis size is 5 inches and growing. Did you change your brand of condoms lately? They may be causing the irritation.Try switching to another kind and brand. Another thing that might be going on is a urinary tract infection. Does it burn when you urinate, do you feel the need to go often?

Hi Pete, Sorry doesent matter what size you are, but you have a UTI, just gte to your doctor, and get some antibiotics.
