Hi Cutie, OK from the beginning, how long has he not been able to get an erection, is this a long term thing or its something that's just accurred.
Do you know if he masturbates a lot, and is he doing it to porn, the first one by itself will cause ED but if you add in the second, you get a even bigger problem, meaning porn induced ED.
Or it could be any of these,
To little sleep ?
Anxiety?
High cholesterol?
Diabetes?
Depression?
Alcohol?
Meds? you said no.
Stress?
Anger?
Being over weight?
Being a heavy smoker?
Self image?
Low libido?
His health?
Low testosterone?
High testosterone? If his testosterone is over the top of the scale, it acts just like low T.
To much fast and junk foods? To much salt and sugars.
Is he a couch potato?
Not exercising, not good for a sex life.
How many of these hit the spot.
Please come back

He needs to make sure he doesn't have diabetes or thyroid problems or something like that.

L-arginine from a store that sells supplements may help his blood flow.

You can look at other issue- is he overweight?  Does he take other medications, he could try a penis pump- it is not just to get an erection, but also  to help exercise the penis to ensure blood flow is going there-  There are other options.
