I'm just wondering what is the best way for me to stop visiting prostitutes,strippers and masturbating?
They're all bad habits and i need to change.

Hi Russel, Then I think if mummy stop your allowance, she would take away your toys, thats if you get the picture, perhaps it would be best to throw away you ATM card and just leave your money in the bank, and just keep enough to live on without sex workers.

i can see the risks involved with sex workers (loss of money, std risk etc) but i still go.

masturbation hasnt happened for about 3 months now, i try to keep it to a minimal and i have been doing it since i was 15 (im now 23)

Hi Russel, The strippers and sex workers will only stop when either your money runs out or you see the error of your ways.
So just how much are you masturbating then, what are you on 2,3 4 times a day, and just how long have you been doing it?

You don't say if your married or not. My husband did all that you have done and more for his entire life. He started when he was so young and never got help. when you will get a nice infection you will understand why you should stop, hopefully will not be too bad...think carefully about it...
masturbating I think is quite normal as far as you do not do it 5 times per day, than it can be bad for your health:-)
