painful erections my whole life,now numbness

Why have I had painful erections as long as I can remember. It really hurt whenever I had erection for long amount of time. I know my penis was not handled properly when it had erection while I was a child. Maybe it got injured to much.
I was 16yrs old when I finally learned that I should not bend my erection. I hope I did'nt learn that too late. Now I am married and loosing sensation so badly that I can't feel anything accept cold on my entire penis. and my erections are hard to maintain. I wonder if this can happen because of erections that lasted too long. I've had erections last all night ,so that would be like 8 hours. Even when I was just 5yrs old they would last for more than 2 hours. And it hurt soo much after bending the erection,I remember I used to cry from that.
