small red spots on head of penis!! WORRIED (pic)

ok so slept with my gf last ngiht as this mornin, no condom as shes on the pill and this mornin i didnt finish either just to add i know all the risks about pregnancy etc.

literally today when in the shower i noticed a load of small painless red spots on the head of my penis. no bumps just look like pin pricks.

ive read alot on the net about dermititis which it could be that but i need that worry lifted as ive never had it before and aint confident enough to visit a doc.

ok then another question would be how do i talk to her about it without making it sound like accusation.. when using condoms was fine but the one time we havent i end up with this red dot thing.. which is still here after 2 days... unchanged and still not effecting me other than mentally..

i mean in a way id love her to go with me to gum clinic to keep me calm and o know were both clear still but find it hard to be like "urm yeah so wanna get tested with me jus to be clear" :S

No, you aren't allergic to your girlfriend. Although, you could be allergic to some type of product she may be using down there. Any feminine deodorant sprays or lubricants could cause an allergic reaction. Or even fibers from her clothes, and she might be using a type of detergent that you are having a reaction to. Either way, what you have sounds like an allergic reaction or if your girlfriend had a yeast infection when you had intercourse, that can be spread to men but it is usually unlikely. If it was a yeast infection, those are very easy to treat with an over-the-counter cream.

No discomfort, burning itching iritation nothing... only thing is mental stress wondering about it :| ... cant see a doc till at least tomorrow as its sunday anyways.

ive read up on stuff about dermatitis and similar which it could be. and think that its possible due to the no condom where the irritation has come from.. but could this mean im allergic to my gf... as ive never had this problem before with past partners.

any suggestions of what i could apply to see if it gets rid.. such as e45 or canesten ?

thankyou for the reply calmed me a lil :)

This doesn't sound like a STD to me. Do these red spots cause you discomfort such as burning, itching, etc? If not, this sounds to me like some sort of irritation, but I can't be sure. If it is bothering you, go see your doctor and have him take a look at it. Like I said, it doesn't sound like an STD but I can't be sure. I know it can be scary to deal with these sorts of things but if you are in a monogamous relationship and you and your gf have both been tested, then you should be okay.
