swollen vagina

just a few hours ago my boyfriend and i were about have sex...but we didnt have protection...so he just fingered me...after that i felt really uncomfortable down there...and i had to walk home...so i started to get worried and so i checked.... my vagina was swollen..and i mean SWOLLEN!!!
all the inner parts: clit..labia..everything
i am freaking out...i am berly 14...and im too shy to tell my mom about sex or about this...so i just want to know if there is any medication i could buy..or something i could do...this feels really uncomfortable.. ):
any help?

you should not be involved in such activity before marriage... you boyfriend migh gave you infcetion.. may be his hands were not washed and with finger he gave you germs..if does not get better then you must talk to you mom..to visit Gyno doc...
