How do you masterbate?
Was wondering if any ladies can give me advice on having a orgasm by my self. I have no problems having one with DH but he wants me to do it to my self. I don't have a vibrator is there anything else you use to get off with out a vibrator or a man?

I, being one that only reaches orgasm through clitoral stimulation (and lots of it) suggest laying flat on your back. With your legs spread as much as necessary, just start exploring your lips and clitoris until the area is stimulated and you are self lubricating fairly well. Insert your fingers enough to moisten them or use saliva on your fingers. Once I feel that my clitoris has enlarged a bit from the stimulation, I straighten my legs and clench them together. This seems to tighten and pull back the skin around my clitoris, helping expose it some. With my three fingers stiff and laid flat on top of the clitoris I rub very quickly up and down. The amount of pressure is not as important as the rapidity of the motion. (vibrators work but are actually numbing sometime) My clitoris responds best to a long stroke in each direction repeatedly. Yes, my arms get tired and I have to switch back and forth. This does not work for me using a wrist action. I have to have a stiff hand and wrist and the motion comes from the elbow to maintain just the right pressure/speed ratio. It actually looks kind of violent but gets the job done. I also stimulate myself this way during intercourse but rarely have orgasms during intercourse.
