Hello and welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question. Are these spots at all raised? Those are called a papules. Or are they flat? Do they have the appearance of a rash (with no other symptoms) or are they more like lesions? Have you ever had a doctor take a look at them? That would be the best thing. That you have always had this that you can remember and it's not really changing is a good sign it is not related to cancer.
