Woke up with a weird mark on right forarm

I'm 18, and on August 3, 2007 I woke up with a unusual mark on my right forearm. Which didn't hurt or have any kind of pain or symptoms. For pictures please see my profile.

You don't have any other symptoms at this time.  I assume not, right?  Just to be certain it isn't Lyme Disease .. that bullseye ring one can get and is short lived.

There is a Lyme Disease community .. you can repost there if you think it might be something like that.

I'm confused. Was this 2 years ago and you had it for a week only? Sounds like an injury of some sort. Did you lie on a button? That's what it looks like.
