Does this mole look suspicious?

http://i32.tinypic.com/30ksh2d.jpg
I've had this mole for probably at least ten years, and I know it's gotten a bit bigger over the years...it's always kind of bothered me and made me self conscious, but lately, I've been worrying about it a lot.  I took this picture of it so I could see it up close(it's on my back, so it's pretty much impossible to see), and it looks pretty irregular to me, but that's probably mostly paranoia....I'd feel a lot better if a lot of people could reassure me that it's perfectly normal...

And the E is for Evolution (evolving).

I'd have it looked @ so you can baseline it from here .. it's tough spot to watch on your own.

What they look for in melanoma.....

Asymmetry;  one half unlike the other half.

Border; irregular, scalloped or poorly defined border.

Color; varied from one area to another; shades of tan and brown, black; sometimes white, red or blue.

Diameter; while melanomas are usually greater than 6mm (the size of a pencil eraser) when diagnosed, they can be smaller.

I'd have to say that the mole needs to be looked at.
And even if it's not cancerous.... i'd personally have it removed because it's in an inconvenient spot
