unnaturally thick hair growing out of mole should i see a doctor

I pulled a hair out of a mole on my chin, it was 5 times the width of any other the others and have never seen a hair this thick on myself or anyone else before, the area can be irritated due to shaving, and i recently cut the mole with the razor worse than regularly do.i know that irritating a mole can lead to cancer. can anyone explain if this enormously wide hair is something that warrants a cancer check, or any other check regarding health ?

EDIT++ additional information: the mole seemed to be leaking out some liquid right after pulling out the hair (not blood), i imagine it left a sizeable hole where it previously was which could be the cause of the liquid coming out. however why would there be liquid there in the first place, and once again should this be something to consult my GP about ?
