Thank god I'm not the only one who has that. A couple nights ago I was laying in bed and all of a sudden I couldn't move or make a sound and a shadow was on my wall and then right after that I fell asleep. I haven't had it sense or anything. I also haven't told any body.

I think you are a victim of night terror type of sleep disorders.Night Terror or sleep terror  is one of the most common type of  sleep disorders in which there are episodes of fear, flailing, and screaming during sleep. Night terrors don’t usually have any harmful effects.

It might come off as weird, but it really isn't that uncommon for something of a spiritual matter to be in your home. Growing up I myself saw many things that couldn't be explained; relatives that died before my time, mists, ghosts, etc and yes it can be terrifying, especially when you are the only one that can see it there. As I grew up I somehow learned to block it out thanks to being frightened so badly at one point but I none the less still know what can be there. Not too long ago I was having the same thing you are now, black figure attacking me and myself unable to make a sound. Only for me the thing came in my dreams as my mind had put a block on actually seeing it. My husband however saw it clearly one night when he came to bed before me. He swore that it looked like it was looking on my side of the bed for me then disappeared rather quickly. The story scaredme to death seeing as this was in my dreams,I had been feeling things grabbing me, and I hadn't even told anyone about it. I can give you some options on how to make it go away, but I cannot guarantee them. For me I wound up taking oil and blessing the house, casting anything evil from it the only way I knew how, God and prayer. And to help me sleep easier at night,I started bringing my boxer to bed with me. If you have a dog, I recommend doing the same. They are very comforting to have, and unlike most humans, can sense when something is there that should not be. They do not get much credit for it, but animals can protect from more than the physical. Since having my girl inside with me,I haven't had any problems at all. Hope your own problem goes away soon as well.
