Medicines dont really help they may get you to sleep for a while but it is bettert to try by other means if you can,I focus on a happy place in my mind ,a beach or a garden and I only picture it before I sleep I let my closed eyes wonder round the Beach and the warm sand , it is called visualisation,.

Then smile and relax completly. This you can do 50 times a day. eventually you will be habituated to relax automatically.
