hi sky..just reading over replies since your post and my god...talk about frightening the life out of you..with all due respect you havent actually even mentioned any form of apnea..just you seem to stop breathing in your sleep.which i think we all do at some stage in life due to stress, anxiety etc...i have myself some years ago. my daughter has obstructive sleep apnea, but she is only just beginning tests for it now so i cant say i am fully knowledgeable regarding this condition..just what she is going through at the momment...but what i do know is that you should most definitely seek medical advice..maybe then a sleep study, and find out for yourself what is causing this to happen to you...wishing you the best of luck lisa
central sleep apnea, unfortunately no cure and symptom control not pleasant (and expensive)
hi hun, everything bob said..just to reassure you.there are so many different reasons why this happens..stress being the main one..even drinking too much coffee can kick sleep disturbance off...see your gp and take the steps to finding out what is causing it..im sure it will be ok...be good and best wishes
Hi there sounds like you have Sleep Apnea , Please explain to your Doctor what you are going though , he will probably ask you to do a Sleep Study , That will tell you what is happening when you sleep , To put your mind at rest , you are not dying Chill Take care ..........Bob
