I'm a narcoleptic and I deal with long bouts of insomnia. I can say first hand that sleep has affected my weight. I fluctuate a lot.
I have no idea what you are asking. Too much sleep, lack of sleep, or just right amount of sleep?
Too much sleep at the expense of physical activity would, for a given input of food (calories) would cause weight gain.
I have read somewhere that eating before bed/sleep tends to produce more fat than would eating the same food earlier in the evening.
