I have been suffering from hoarseness due to paralysis of left vocal cord for last 3 years.

I suffered heart attack in January,2011. Two cronary arteries found 98% stenosis. Two stents were deployed. Recent ECG showed RBBB again.  Will not RBBB disappear after putting two stents If RBBB still exists, how R Ventricle gets electrical signal to contracts during its systole.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

The stents help to increase the blood flow, but it may not correct the conduction changes. Right Bundle Branch Block (RBBB) is an electrocardiographic (ECG) diagnosis where the trace reflects a delay in Right Ventricular depolarisation via the Right Bundle Branch. The phenomenon does not reflect a 'block' per se but an intraventricular conduction delay. Also the RBBB (right bundle branch block) may not cause significant symptoms.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
