My Psychologist made me scared

I started suffering from insomnia a few years ago. About 1 year ago I started on Alzam / Xanax and it helped me sleep better a small 0.5 tablet 30 minutes before I go to sleep.

Now my psychologist told me there is "Sleep Dept" that I will never be able to catch up on since it has been a few years. I am never fully awake anymore.

My question is if I sleep for 14 hours straight for 1 day and then 9 hours straight for the next 2 weeks, will I get better or will I never come right :(

If I understand your post correctly, you are asking if you can catch up on the sleep you have lost over the years do to your insomnia. If that is the case than the answer is a no.

It is not possible to catch up on sleep that has been lost through out the years. The only thing you can do now is work with your doctor's on improving the quality of sleep you are getting now.

I wish you luck and please let us know how you are doing.
