Hi
Some of the techniques you may follow to fall asleep naturally may be - to follow proper sleep hygiene like avoid going to bed unless you are sleepy , a warm bath each night before bed, stop worrying , avoid reading or watching TV just before going to bed , follow a regular schedule. Your bedroom should be a quiet, dark, and cool for your comfort. Other strategies may be trying to reduce any anxiety or tension so that you overcome any negative thoughts. Practicing regular yoga or other exercise will also be of great help.
If these don’t work, you may also consult your doctor who may prescribe some medication and advice you some behavioral therapy.
Take care
