I have suffered with RLS for many years and have tried everything you mentioned plus the meds. This past week I have accidently found a treatment that works. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and was using my tens unit. Lo and behold my rls symptoms didn't appear. This is the third day without them and believe me it is a miracle!!!! I had the symptoms everyday usually from about midday on and now I can't believe I'm not having them. I sure am enjoying it though.

Along with the medications, follow good sleep hygiene measures like going to bed at the same time, waking up at the same time, avoidance of alcohol, smoking and caffeinated beverages. This will help to reduce the severity of symptoms of RLS. Also, moderate exercise, yoga and meditation and massages and warm baths may help with the symptoms. Try these.
