Sleep Less Nights
I have sleep apena and I am on meds for depression and I take seraquel at bedtime and I fall asleep at my computer at night what should I do about this

Seraquel has a seditive ingrediant in it. Do not do anything that requires your full attention after taking it. If you're finding it hard to live with, talk to your doctor about changing your medication to another anti-depressant. There are others out there. Otherwise, take it and go to bed!!!
Hey I take seroquel at bedtime too, try taking it later when you are ready for bed or when you are ready for bed so take it just before you go to bed so you dont have time for it to make you fall asleep before you are in bed.
