Sleeping less and less

I only sleep 2 to 3 hours a night. yes I am overweight, but the weight came after the lack of sleep. Before this began I would go to the gym 5 days a week.  I have vestibular damage in the right ear, I have had nonsustained atrial tachycardia, and restless leg syndrome.  Social Security says I can work but my doctor says not to drive.  I can fall asleep standing up but, I don't stay asleep. Please help.

Whenever I am short on sleep for a period of time, I gain weight. I think it is because I have no energy and my whole body slows down. When I sleep well, I eat twice as much and as slim as slim can be.
