Hear screaming in head, eveything around you slow motion

i have had these episodes since I was about 5 years old ! I am now 21 and just a few minunites ago i had a very bad one where I was literlly scared, I was picturing someone's face whipping back and forth Extremly fast, I also picture this old school clock floating being filled up with hour glass sand and I can feel the texture from the sand going into the clock! That has also been a reaccuring picture in my mind whenever I have one of these attacks. Eveything I think in my head sounds like I'm yelling and talking so fast ! I get this weird feeling to my body and mind, it's so hard to explain but it feels like my mind is being taken over ! I have only told one person about these moments I have because eveyone will think I'm crazy ! It's so hard to explain it especially when I say that I feel like eveything around me is going In slow motion !
