Yes I have sleep paralysis, Do you?

Yesterday I didnt even know the name of what I was going through & I didnt even know there were more of you out there. I've read a lot of posts on this website under the subject Sleep Paralysis, its the #1 reason why I joined this site. It would be my honor to find each and everyone of you looking for help or looking to answer me but it would take too long- LOL. So please find me, add me. I woke up early this morning because I had another episode. First time in months. But i finally moved! I finally was able to scream & move after soo many years of trying! A joyous moment for me but frankily I'm tired of waking up and trying to describe it to my husband. People on my facebook page didnt even respond when i asked if THEY were going through it too, I felt dumb & as if i should be put in a mental hospital. Now I know I'm not alone. :D Now, will you add me?

It's not that common.

I have it from time to time. It can be somewhat enjoyable.

I suspect there is a strong genetic componant.
