hiya ive been suffering with body spasms through my body either aslepp or awake and its getting scary now, even whilst driving other day I almost crashed after my head felt like an electric current which made me spasm or it wouldn't of stopped, what can I do what is it?
Hi, Is it possible you are having withdrawal symptoms from something. Are you on meds that you have suddenly stopped taking. I know that when I miss my antidepressants that I get what you described. It feels almost like an electric shock in the head and body jolting .

It seems to me you need to discuss at least with a Primary Care Doctor...
