Hi pickel133, how are you? It seems you have had night terror, which might have woken you up. Stress due to hard and havoc day at college/work, going to bed late night, excessive caffeine, alcohol and smoking can be the cause. Stress either physical or mental does trigger them. Just relax and do morning-evening walk, stretches, have nutritious diet with lot of water. Having hot shower and listening to soft music before going to bed can be soothing to mind and body, which may be of some help. Mild dose of Alprax also can be tried. If continues further, do consult a sleep specialist. Take care and share your thoughts.

Hi pickel33, how are you doing? Hope feeling a lot better by now? Have you consulted the sleep specialist regarding the sleep problem? Are you able to manage a good night's sleep now? It would also be better to consult a neurologist to see any neurological disorder. Tiredness and run down feeling might be due to sleep deprivation. Follow above tips and do update on your progress. Take care.
